Launch of Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 Ultra may happen in October: speculations and expectations

Wireless PowerShare retroactively released rumors of Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 Ultra after early leaks hinted at the non-existence of the model. First, rumors surfaced in January of the Galaxy Z Fold6 Ultra. However, when the Galaxy Z Fold6 was announced, it did not come with the Ultra model with fans sparking doubts as to the existence of the phone. Finally, there seemed to be a glimpse of good news for the rumored Fold as the latter has been spotted in a recent online listing with a tagline that suggests the high-end foldable phone is slated for a release soon.

This particular user In South Korea using X which was originally known as Twitter with username @negativeonehero posted a screenshot from an online retail shop. At the same time, the screen has been captured to show a poster that suggests that the Galaxy Z Fold6 Special Edition may be launched on October 25, with pre-orders being opened on the 18th. Notably, the model number in the Special Edition listing matches with an early leak linked to the Galaxy Z Fold6 Ultra, which has revived fans’ rumors that the gadget is indeed on the way.

Retailer Listing and Speculation:

Since the online retailer has since taken down the listing though, this has not quelled enthusiasm. The links specified by the user are now broken or take users to irrelevant information, for instance, the Samsung Korea website page dedicated to the Crafted Black edition of the Galaxy Z Fold6. But there might be counterintelligence here; the string of numbers within the T Store URL is the “f958,” and the Galaxy Z Fold6 Ultra has also been associated with this model number. This further supports the Ultra viewpoint because it supports Samsung’s preparation for an Ultra launch.

Although there are rumors that its sixth edition, Galaxy Z Fold6 Ultra has been developed, nothing is confirmed about the device. The origin of the shared poster is questionable and except for the links provided, there is very little that gives any concrete proof. But if all of this is true, Samsung may have already started seeding teasers since October is well underway.

There is still hope for higher-end foldable Samsung and users are still waiting for an official statement from the company in the coming days.
