Paris-based My Digital Buildings, a startup that creates and uses spatial building data (such as 2D plans, 3D point clouds, BIM models, and virtual tours) raises €2M in its first round of funding.
Grenoble Angels, three Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes business angel associations, Paris Business Angels, BADGE, Rhołne Dauphiné Développement, Daylight Investissement, Mr. Laurent FIARD, and Mr. Guillaume ANELLI are among the participants in this fundraising round.
A total of €1.2 million in equity and €800,000 in bank leverage from BPI France, CIC, and BP AURA make up the Seed investment.
With the help of this first round of funding, My Digital Buildings is well-positioned to establish itself as a leader in the world of producing, maintaining, and using geographical building data. This will be especially true as the company expands internationally, with the creation of its first subsidiary in Spain by the end of 2024. Additionally, a software platform is being developed to digitize the company’s fundamental operations and client relations. The utilization of geographical building data will be accelerated by this platform.
Émeric MOUROT, CEO of My Digital Buildings, stated:

Since its creation in 2019, the Grenoble-based company has grown at an average yearly rate of 80%, and by 2023, its sales will have surpassed €2 million in revenue. The establishment of seven additional locations in France in 2022 highlights the business’s strong performance and confirms its place in the domestic market. This track record of success in France paves the way for the business’s intended global development.
