VoiceLine, a Munich-based startup using cutting-edge speech and Voice AI technology to revolutionize field service, now has €4.2 million in investment altogether.

Leading the round were Venture Stars and Scalehouse Capital. Cavalry Ventures joined the round, which made a pre-seed round investment among several business angels.

Among Voiceline’s angel investors are former Vodafone C-level executives Peter Walz and Jens Schulte-Bockum, Florian Huber, the founder of United Domains, serial entrepreneur Julius Göllner, the creator of ARRtist Community, Christian Rebernik, the former CTO of N26, and others. The business has already raised €4.2 million in total.

The startup states that its goal is to liberate sales teams from tiresome administrative duties so that they may achieve full independence and peak performance every day. VoiceLine wants to be the best option for data analysis and documentation in the speech and AI fields.

Voiceline has created a technology that lets field employees record client encounters via voice input. After analyzing the inputs and identifying terminology and jargon unique to the industry, an AI transfers the data into automated follow-up processes.

By doing this, the startup hopes to not only drastically cut down on the amount of time it takes to follow up with customers after their appointments, but also guarantee thorough documentation that gives businesses insightful data. The solution cuts down on follow-up time—which can often take up to 80 percent—by drastically reducing the amount of time it takes.

While talking with the media, Voiceline’s MD and co-founder, Nicolas Höflinger:

“Our discussions with more than 1,000 field sales employees and their managers have revealed two critical problems: excessive time spent on manual documentation and administrative tasks and incomplete data capture. The big players in the market, like Hubspot, Microsoft, and Salesforce, are not addressing these issues. Our goal is to find a solution.”

Voiceline has made a significant effort to concentrate on medium-sized business field sales in recent years. Following extensive trials involving about 400 businesses, the startup identified its target market. Currently, the startup works with about 25 medium-sized clients, including Böllhoff, Hawle, Bohnenkamp, and Schrauben-Jäger, as well as corporate clients, including Elis Textilmanagement from France, Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, or Julius Blum from Austria. As of right now, the corporation reports 50% monthly growth.
