GTF x GITEX Europe: The GreenTech Festival (GTF), one of the world’s leading platforms for sustainable business and technology, is opening a new chapter. Moving forward, the event will have a clear B2B focus. It will concentrate on technologies and innovations for decarbonization in three key areas: “Mobility and Transport,” “Energy and Infrastructure,” and “Industry and Materials.”
As part of this repositioning, the GTF is entering a strategic partnership with GITEX Europe. Following the announcement of this partnership, the GreenTech Festival 2025 shifts to May 20th to 22nd, while GITEX Europe debuts in Berlin from May 21st to 23rd at Messe Berlin. Together, they create a unique B2B platform, fostering valuable synergies between major international players and local sustainability leaders.
“Our long-standing motto, ‘Together We Change,’ highlights the importance of networking and collaboration, which have been key components of the GreenTech Festival since its inception. The partnership with GITEX Europe not only supports our B2B focus but also emphasizes the central role technology plays in the sustainable transformation of the economy,” said Marco Voigt, Co-Founder of the GreenTech Festival. Aligned with the newly defined focus areas of the GTF, visitors can look forward to a two-day CONFERENCE and EXHIBITION (including the STARTUP LAND) and numerous networking opportunities. GITEX Europe, with its focus on technology, digitalization, and start-ups, aligns perfectly with the new concept of the GTF and thus fosters global green transformation through new technologies and innovation.
GreenTech Festival is the leading global platform for business sustainability, uniting innovators, changemakers, and communities to showcase cutting-edge green technologies, share actionable insights, and accelerate the decarbonization of industry. The event includes the EXHIBITION, the CONFERENCE, and the GREEN AWARDS with a thematic focus on the topics of Mobility and Transport, Energy and Infrastructure as well as Industry and Materials. The GTF was launched in 2019 by Nico Rosberg (Sustainability & VC Entrepreneur) and Marco Voigt (Greentech Entrepreneur) and takes place annually in Berlin.
GITEX Europe, presenting its inaugural edition May 21-23, 2025, is creating new digital business opportunities in Berlin, Europe’s #1 most dynamic tech and startup metropolis. Further, GITEX Europe aims to capitalize on Berlin’s rapid growth in the tech sector by bringing together big tech, startups, and SMBs, uniting the full tech ecosystem in Europe for cross-sector application, driving discussions on public-private collaboration, leading with a content-centric focus on Europe’s growth in digitalization, and serving as a platform where public-private partnerships and cross-industry collaborations thrive.
